This Privacy Policy describes how 36 Seconds, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as LACE’D Tape (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), with principal operations in New York, New York, collects, uses, and protects personal information from visitors and customers. We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, phone number, mailing address, payment information, and — in connection with the Fit and Lift Studio Experience — body measurements and fit preferences. We also automatically collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use our Site.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Provide and fulfill our products and services, including Fit and Lift Studio Experience appointments;
- Communicate with you about orders, bookings, and inquiries;
- Send marketing emails (only with your consent; unsubscribe at any time);
- Improve our Site and services;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We will never use your information for purposes incompatible with those above without your prior consent.
3. FIT AND LIFT STUDIO EXPERIENCE — SENSITIVE DATA
Measurements, fit preferences, skin sensitivity notes, and photographs shared during studio sessions are used solely to deliver your service. This information is treated with the highest confidentiality, retained for three (3) years following your last appointment, and is never sold or shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to provide your service.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with: (a) trusted service providers (such as Calendly and Stripe) who assist in operating our business and are contractually bound to confidentiality; (b) law enforcement or courts when legally required; or (c) a successor entity in the event of a business transfer, with prior notice to you.
5. COOKIES
Our Site uses cookies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing. You may control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect certain Site features.
6. SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS compliant processors; we do not store full credit card numbers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information. We respond to all verifiable requests within 30 days.

This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
